These terms govern use of Happy Loong: Learn Chinese For Kids, provided by Hainan Talent Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. A parent or guardian should review purchases and external links.

Educational service

Happy Loong provides Chinese-language learning activities and downloadable course content. It supports learning but does not guarantee a particular educational result.

Subscriptions and lifetime access

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Apple charges the Apple Account used at confirmation. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. The price and billing period shown by Apple before confirmation control the purchase.

Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the paid content offered by this app version. Purchases may be restored through the app using the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

Downloads and availability

Paid access may require downloading course packages. Download time and data use depend on the connection and device. We may update, correct, or replace course packages while preserving valid purchase access.

Permitted use

You may use the app for personal and family learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Intellectual property

The app, artwork, audio, lessons, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Hainan Talent Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content.

Platform terms and consumer rights

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard EULA. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@aelory.com.
