Terms of Use

These Terms describe the Happy Loong learning service and paid course access provided by Hainan Talent Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. A parent or guardian should review these Terms and manage purchases. Use of the iOS app is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA. These Terms supplement that license; they do not replace it or override rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Learning service

Happy Loong provides Chinese-character learning activities, audio, illustrations, and downloadable course content. Children learn at different rates; we do not promise a particular educational result. The first character group is free. Access to later groups requires an eligible paid entitlement unless otherwise stated in the app or App Store listing.

Plans and purchases

We offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple's in-app purchase system. The content included, billing period, and full price shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation govern that purchase. All currently offered plans unlock the same paid courses in this app while the relevant entitlement remains valid.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the Apple Account in accordance with Apple's purchase terms. Apple bills the Apple Account used for the purchase. Removing the app does not itself cancel a subscription. A parent can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.

"Lifetime" means a one-time purchase of continuing access to this app's planned 1,200-character English learning course, including corrections, replacements, and updates to that course. It is not a subscription. It does not automatically include future standalone courses, other apps, or new teaching languages, even if they use the same Chinese characters. We may choose to add benefits later, but this purchase does not promise them. "Lifetime" does not mean the company or every online delivery service will operate forever. We will not use an ordinary course update to silently withdraw valid paid access. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.

Eligible purchases may be restored in the app using the Apple Account that made them. Restoration of purchase access does not restore learning progress stored only on a different or deleted device. Refunds are requested through Apple; eligibility varies by purchase and location. Nothing here removes a refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Course downloads and changes

The app includes the first course groups and downloads later groups as needed. Downloads require a compatible device, available storage, and a network connection; mobile-data use depends on the parent's download setting. We may correct, update, or replace courses and technical files. We will take reasonable care not to leave an entitled user without accessible paid content because of an ordinary update. Temporary outages, network problems, device limits, or App Store issues may affect availability.

Family use and content rights

The app and its lessons, art, recordings, animation, fonts, and other materials are owned by us or used under license. Subject to the Apple Standard EULA, an eligible household may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute or resell course files, bypass paid access, or interfere with the service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the materials to you.

Safety, responsibility, and mandatory rights

An adult should supervise purchases and use the parent area. The multiplication question at its entrance is a safeguard against accidental access by younger children, not an identity or age-verification service. Please do not submit a child's recording or unnecessary personal information to support.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but no digital service is free from interruptions. Any limitation of our responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. These Terms do not limit statutory rights relating to defective digital content, unfair terms, privacy, or other non-excludable consumer protections.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app, purchases, or law. We will update the date above and give any notice required for a material change. An update will not, by itself, remove an entitlement already paid for. For questions, contact support@aelory.com.
