Happy Loong: Learn Chinese For Kids is provided by Hainan Talent Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information stored on your device

The app stores learning progress, rewards, settings, and downloaded-content status locally on the device. No child account is required. Local information remains on the device until the app data is reset or the app is deleted.

Microphone and speech practice

With permission, the microphone is used for pronunciation practice. Speech comparison is performed on the device. Recordings are not uploaded for scoring, and the app keeps only the latest practice take needed for the active lesson.

Content delivery and technical data

When the app downloads learning content, our hosting providers may process ordinary technical request data—such as an IP address, request time, requested file, and device or browser technical information—to deliver content reliably and protect the service. We do not use this information for behavioral advertising.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive product and transaction information needed to provide and restore access, but we do not receive payment-card details.

What we do not use

The app currently contains no third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics. It does not request precise location, contacts, or a photo library for its learning functions.

Sharing and retention

Information is disclosed only to service providers, including Apple and hosting infrastructure providers, as needed to operate purchases and content delivery, or when required by law. Technical security and delivery logs are retained only as operationally necessary.

Parents' choices

A parent may delete locally stored app information by deleting or resetting the app. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@aelory.com.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
