Purchases

If paid access is missing, confirm that the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in the parent settings.

Course downloads

Automatic downloads use Wi-Fi by default. A parent may allow mobile-data downloads in the parent settings. Keep the app open and connected while a required package finishes downloading.

Microphone

Pronunciation practice needs microphone permission. You can review it in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Microphone.

Learning progress

Progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app may remove local progress even when a purchase can be restored.
