Restore paid access

In the app, open Parent Settings → Plans → Restore Purchases while connected to the internet and signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restore Purchases restores eligible course access; it does not restore learning progress saved only on another or deleted device. If the purchase is still missing, email us with the product name and approximate purchase date—do not send payment-card details.

Manage a subscription or request a refund

Apple manages billing for in-app purchases. Use Apple's billing and subscription help to manage or cancel a plan. To request a refund, follow Apple's refund instructions. Local consumer rights still apply.

Download a course group

Automatic course downloads use Wi-Fi by default. A parent can allow downloads over mobile data in Parent Settings → Downloads. For a required download, check the connection and free storage, keep the app open until progress completes, and retry from the in-app download view if needed.

Enable the microphone

Voice practice requires microphone permission. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and allow Happy Loong. The rest of a lesson can be used without voice recording where the app permits it.

Local learning progress

Progress is stored on this device. Cross-device progress sync is not available in this release. Deleting the app or its data may remove local progress even if a purchase can later be restored.
